Clinical Hypnotherapy

$150/session - 6 sessions

Hypnotherapy, like many other therapies, is not a one and done modality. Discover easy-to-follow protocols that empower you to live your best life every day. Each session is around 90 minutes or more depending on the protocol being used. Most clients only use 6 sessions which is why the total is published as 6. If more than 6 sessions are required then additional sessions will be discussed on a client to client basis.

Clinical Hypnotherapy sessions can include but are not limited to, addressing unwanted habits, understanding and breaking behavior patterns, understanding and processing emotions, anxiousness, trauma, anger, self esteem, stress, guilt, phobias, body shape, shyness, job performance, self confidence and many more.

Medical Support

$170/session - 8 sessions

Most medical sessions are a minimum of 120 minutes. The next step you take can be in your control. Maybe everything seems like a blur and you don’t know how to navigate this new world you find yourself in. Together you and I will work on exploring the emotions you find yourself experiencing and understanding what drives them. Taking back your power and moving through your days with ease is as simple as saying “I am ready”.

Medical Hypnotherapy can be used an as adjunct to your medical treatments for many issues such as bone fractures, broken bones, arthritic pain, cancer diagnosis, heart problems, joint replacements, asthma symptoms and many more not listed. Contact Rae of Light to learn more.

At Rae of Light Hypnotherapy, we currently do not offer gift certificates. Our work is focused on individuals who are actively seeking our services. We deeply understand and appreciate your care and concern for your loved one, but meaningful change can only occur when they are ready and willing to make the change for themselves. It is important to remember that we cannot force someone to break a pattern or habit unless they are committed to doing so.
